Epickon is a UAE-based streetwear brand specializing in anime and pop-culture-inspired apparel and accessories. The company operates under a valid UAE trade license.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Epickon’s website, social media pages, or any associated platforms (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

3. Orders & Product Information

We strive to describe our products accurately, including color, size, and material. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing processes.
All products are subject to availability, and Epickon reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.

• We currently accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and cash on delivery (within UAE only).

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED 250. Orders below AED 250 incur a AED 20 delivery fee.

• GCC countries: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. No free delivery applies.

• Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout; delays may occur due to logistics or customs.

• Ownership and risk transfer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Exchanges are subject to availability and delivery charges apply for the exchange shipment.

• Refunds are only issued for manufacturing or printing defects.

• Customized or sale items are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

YAll content, including logos, artwork, product designs, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Epickon and protected by UAE copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including:

• Violating UAE or international laws

• Infringing intellectual property rights

• Uploading malware or offensive content

9. Limitation of Liability

Epickon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epickon, its owners, and employees from any claim or loss resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
