Return & Exchange

1. Eligibility

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must be in resellable condition — any worn, damaged, or altered products will be rejected.

  • Limited drops or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Contact contact@epickon.ae within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, item(s), and reason for exchange.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide the exchange delivery instructions.

3. Exchange Charges

  • Customers are responsible for both way delivery fees for exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for defective or misprinted items.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of Epickon’s error.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Include clear photos and your order number.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Delivery or Refused Orders

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs duties/taxes for GCC or international shipments, the return shipping costs and any import fees will be deducted from your refund. If these exceed your order total, no refund will be issued.
